【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiesaReverseDispersionModellingmethodtoqualifythefugitiveemissionratesofdiffusefineandcoarsedustsourcesofindustrialplantsorareas.Theapplicationneedscalculationsusingadispersionmodel,andthedefinitionofasamplingexperimentalset-uptakingintoaccountfielddatasuchasnumber,heightandwidthofdiffusedustsources,samplingdistances,andmeteorologicalinformation.TheRDMmethoddoesnotallowquantificationinabsolutefiguresofthedustemissionratesbecauseofanundeterminedaccuracydependingonvarioussiteconditions,butitisatoolwhichenableseachindustrialplanttoidentifyitsdustsourcesthatemitthemost,andthentoimplementactionsreducingtheirimportancebyself-controlandrelatedimprovementprocessaspartofenvironmentalmanagement.Inthisframework,theRDMmethodshouldnotbeusedtocontrolorverifyanycompliancewithairqualitythresholdglobalvalueswhichmightbecontainedinanoperatingpermit,ortocarryoutcomparisonbetweendifferentplantsbelongingtothesameindustrialsector.
