【摘要】:1Thispracticecoversdosimetricprocedurestobefol-lowedtodeterminetheperformanceoflowenergy(300keVorless)single-gapelectronbeamradiationprocessingfacilities.Otherpracticesandproceduresrelatedtofacilitycharacteriza-tion,productqualification,androutineprocessingarealsodiscussed.2Theelectronenergyrangecoveredinthispracticeisfrom80keVto300keV.Suchelectronbeamscanbegeneratedbysingle-gapself-containedthermalfilamentorplasmasourceaccelerators.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappro-priatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica-bilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
