【摘要】:ThispartofISO19901givesrequirementsforthedesign,fabrication,installation,modificationandstructuralintegritymanagementforthetopsidesstructureforanoilandgasplatform.ItcomplementsISO19902,ISO19903,ISO19904-1,ISO19905-1andISO19906,whichgiverequirementsforvariousformsofsupportstructure.RequirementsinthispartofISO19901concerningmodificationsandmaintenancerelateonlytothoseaspectsthatareofdirectrelevancetothestructuralintegrityofthetopsidesstructure.Theactionson(structuralcomponentsof)thetopsidesstructurearederivedfromthispartofISO19901,wherenecessaryincombinationwithotherInternationalStandardsintheISO19901series.Theresistancesofstructuralcomponentsofthetopsidesstructurecanbedeterminedbytheuseofinternationalornationalbuildingcodes,asspecifiedinthispartofISO19901.Ifanypartofthetopsidesstructureformspartoftheprimarystructureoftheoverallstructuralsystemofthewholeplatform,therequirementsofthispartofISO19901aresupplementedwithapplicablerequirementsinISO19902,ISO19903,ISO19904-1,ISO19905-1andISO19906.ThispartofISO19901isapplicabletothetopsidesofoffshorestructuresforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries,asfollows:-topsidesoffixedoffshorestructures;-discretestructuralunitsplacedonthehullstructuresoffloatingoffshorestructuresandmobileoffshoreunits;-certainaspectsofthetopsidesofarcticstructures.ThispartofISO19901isnotapplicabletothosepartsofthesuperstructureoffloatingstructuresthatformpartoftheoverallstructuralsystemofthefloatingstructure;thesepartscomeundertheprovisionsofISO19904-1.ThispartofISO19901onlyappliestothestructureofmodulesonafloatingstructurethatdonotcontributetotheoverallintegrityofthefloatingstructuralsystem.ThispartofISO19901isnotapplicabletothestructureofhullsofmobileoffshoreunits.ThispartofISO19901doesnotapplytothosepartsoffloatingoffshorestructuresandmobileoffshoreunitsthataregovernedbytherulesofarecognizedcertifyingauthorityandwhicharewhollywithintheclassrules.SomeaspectsofthispartofISO19901arealsoapplicabletothosepartsofthehullsoffloatingoffshorestructuresandmobileoffshoreunitsthatcontainhydrocarbonprocessing,pipingorstorage.ThispartofISO19901containsrequirementsfor,andguidanceandinformationon,thefollowingaspectsoftopsidesstructures:-design,fabrication,installationandmodification;-in-serviceinspectionandstructuralintegritymanagement;-assessmentofexistingtopsidesstructures;-reuse;-decommissioning,removalanddisposal;-prevention,controlandassessmentoffire,explosionsandotheraccidentalevents.ThispartofISO19901appliestostructuralcomponentsincludingthefollowing:-primaryandsecondarystructureindecks,modulesupportframesandmodules;-flarestructures;-cranepedestalandothercranesupportarrangements;-helicopterlandingdecks(helidecks);-permanentbridgesbetweenseparateoffshorestructures;-masts,towersandboomsonoffshorestructures.
