【摘要】:ThispartofISO11843isconcernedwithcalibrationfunctionsthatareeitherlinearornon-linear.Itspecifiesbasicmethodsto--constructaprecisionprofilefortheresponsevariable,namelyadescriptionofthestandarddeviation(SD)orcoefficientofvariation(CV)oftheresponsevariableasafunctionofthenetstatevariable,--transformthisprecisionprofileintoaprecisionprofileforthenetstatevariableinconjunctionwiththecalibrationfunction,and--usethelatterprecisionprofiletoestimatethecriticalvalueandminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariable.ThemethodsdescribedinthispartofISO11843areusefulforcheckingthedetectionofacertainsubstancebyvarioustypesofmeasurementequipmenttowhichISO11843-2cannotbeapplied.Includedareassaysofpersistentorganicpollutants(POPs)intheenvironment,suchasdioxins,pesticidesandhormone-likechemicals,bycompetitiveELISA(enzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay),andtestsofbacterialendotoxinsthatinducehyperthermiainhumans.ThedefinitionandapplicabilityofthecriticalvalueandminimumdetectablevalueofthenetstatevariablearedescribedinISO11843-1andISO11843-2.ThispartofISO11843extendstheconceptsinISO11843-2tothecasesofnon-linearcalibration.Thecriticalvalue,Xc,andminimumdetectablevalue,xd,arebothgivenintheunitsofthenetstatevariable.Ifxcandxdaredefinedbasedonthedistributionfortheresponsevariable,thedefinitionshouldincludethecalibrationfunctiontotransformtheresponsevariabletothenetstatevariable.ThispartofISO11843definesxcandxdbasedonthedistributionforthenetstatevariableindependentlyoftheformofthecalibrationfunction.Consequently,thedefinitionisavailableirrespectiveoftheformofthisfunction,whetheritislinearornon-linear.Thecalibrationfunctionshouldbecontinuous,differentiable,andmonotonicallyincreasingordecreasing.AfurthermethodisdescribedforthecaseswheretheSDorCVisknownonlyintheneighbourhoodoftheminimumdetectablevalue.Examplesareprovided.
