【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesagaschromatographic/massspectrometricmethodforthedeterminationoforganochlorinepesticides(OC's)andpolychlorinatedbiphenyls(PCBs)inanimalfeedingstuffsandoil.Themethodisapplicabletoanimalfeedingstuffswithawatercontentuptoabout20wt%andoil/fattysamplescontainingresiduesofoneormoreofthefollowingOC'sandPCBsandsomeoftheirisomersanddegradationproducts:--Aldrin;--Dieldrin;--Chlordane(=sumofChlordaneisomersandOxychlordane);--DDT(=sumofisomersop'-DDT,pp'-DDT,pp'-TDE(pp'-DDD),andpp'-DDE);--Endosulfan(sumofα/β-isomersandEndosulfan-sulphate);--Endrin;--Heptachlor(=sumofHeptachlorandβ-Heptachlorepoxide);--Hexachlorobenzene(HCB);--Hexachlorocyclohexaneisomers(α-HCH(α-BHC),β-HCH(β-BHC),γ-HCH(γ-BHCorlindane);--PCB28,52,101,138,153and180("IndicatorPCBs")andPCB198,209.ThemethodisnotyetapplicabletoChlorocamphene(Toxaphene),acomplexmixtureofpolychlorinatedcamphenes.ChlorocamphenehasaverydistinctivechromatographicprofileandiseasilyrecognisablebyGC/ECD.Positiveidentificationofthetoxapheneisomerscanbeperformedbynegativechemicalionisationmassspectrometry(NCI-MS),electronimpacttandemmassspectrometry(EI-MSxMS)orelectronimpacthighresolutionmassspectrometry(EI-HRMS)[1],whichisnotwithinthescopeofthismethod.ThelimitofquantificationforthementionedorganochlorinepesticidesandPCBsis5ng/gingeneral.However,10ng/gappliesforHeptachlorAldrin,Endrin,Dieldrin,andEndosulfan(α-,β-andsulphate).Individuallaboratoriesareresponsibletoensurethattheequipmenttheyusedwillachievetheselimitsofquantifications.
