适用范围
为在直埋蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收和运行管理中统一技术要求，确保工程质量，做到经济合理、安全适用，制定本规程。
本规程适用于工作压力小于或等于1.6MPa，温度小于或等于350℃,直接埋地敷设的保温蒸汽管道的设计、施工、验收及运行维护。不适用于抽真空保温结构的直埋蒸汽管道。
